We want you to feel confident using our services, which is why we offer a 5-day returns policy. Here’s how it works:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service as soon as you receive your goods to request a return. Refunds are not available for opened, used, or damaged products unless they are faulty. Products must be returned intact.
Note that our returns policy does not cover ePrescription orders due to liability issues. Ensure your prescriptions are correct.
If you refuse delivery of an order, no refund will be issued.
Voucher Code: Any voucher code provided is valid for 6 months. After that, it becomes non-redeemable.
Return Process: Contact us before returning a product to obtain a “Customer Returns Form.” Refunds will not be issued without proper authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Allow 3-5 working days for refunds to process.
Custom Fees: You are liable for all custom fees and charges.
Refunds are processed once goods are safely returned to our warehouse. We cannot refund delayed orders still in transit.
Returned Parcels: If customs deny entry to parcels, you will be charged delivery and return fees, deducted from your refund.
Short Dated Stock: Clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. For exchanges, you must request a refund or use a voucher code to place a new order.
Cold Chain Items: Returns on cold chain items are accepted only if faulty upon delivery.
All refund requests must be emailed for traceability. You have 14 days from the dispatch date to contact us regarding returns.
Shipping returns
We aim to provide the longest expiry dates possible. Our “short dated stock” has a minimum of 3 months. For longer dated stock, please contact our customer service before placing your order.
Orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same working day (excluding pre-order items), and you’ll receive tracking information via email or text.
Shipping Details:
- Couriers: We use UPS and Parcel Force for worldwide shipping, which takes 3-7 working days. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
- Pick Up Shop: If you opt for a pick-up location, collect your parcel within 48 hours to avoid it being returned, which incurs fees.
Tracking & Delivery: You will receive tracking details the same day your order ships. You’re responsible for all import duties and taxes, and you should check your country’s regulations before ordering.
Wholesale Orders: For large quantities, contact our customer service for quotes. Once processed, wholesale orders are non-refundable.
Missing Items: If your order is incomplete, contact us within 5 working days. Include your order ID for us to investigate.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels: If your parcel is missing, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch. An investigation may take 6-8 working days.
Delivery to Non-Residential Addresses: We cannot be held responsible for lost items delivered to hotels, apartments, or PO boxes.
Pre-Order Items: If your order includes pre-order items and you need part of it urgently, we can arrange a part shipment for a fee.
